The Southern Women of Achievement Awards 2017

I was thrilled to have been nominated in the Business category for the Sue Ryder Southern Women of Achievement Awards 2017. The awards were set up to recognise and celebrate women of inspiration. Whether it be succeeding against the odds, acting as a driving force within their field, breaking down boundaries or supporting others. I was invited to attend the event with my partner, and while there we met some incredibly fascinating individuals. The winner in my category was a lady called Mary Flavelle, who has been of service to the business community for the last 20 years. Also of note in my category were fantastic photographer Kathryn Fell and entrepreneur Charlotte Cavanagh who owns ‘Time for Tea Vintage’.

I feel incredibly honoured to have been name-checked alongside some amazingly brave and successful women.
